Jennifer Howe, L.C.S.W.

Jennifer Howe is a clinical social worker in private practice in Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from the Friends World Program of Long Island University with a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Global Women’s Studies in 1996. She received her MSW from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in 1999 and worked in community social service settings until she began her private practice in 2009.

A lifelong interest in the connection between our environment, our bodies, our relationships, and our ability to adapt made BFST a natural fit for Jennifer’s post graduate training. She began study of BFST in a “family of origin” study group in 2009, and completed the two-year Postgraduate training program at the Center for Family Consultation in 2015.

Her current interests include understanding the connection between art, spirituality, evolution, and the development of a differentiated self.

“BFST has provided me with an invaluable and irreplaceable lens through which to observe the behavior in my relationships, as well as those of my clients. I would be lost without it”. Jennifer Howe, L.C.S.W.
